 प्रफुल्ल चंद्र रे की जयंती मनाई

दिनांक 2 अगस्त, 2024 को विज्ञान भारती - उदयपुर इकाई  (चित्तौड़ प्रांत) एवं पीएम श्री राजकीय फ़तेह सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल, उदयपुर के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में भारतीय रसायन विज्ञान के जनक आचार्य प्रफुल्ल चंद्र रे की जयंती मनाई गयी। कार्यकम की अध्यक्ष्ता डॉ. अमित गुप्ता एवं डॉ. चेतन पानेरी द्वारा की गयी। इस उपलक्ष में आचार्य प्रफुल्ल चंद्र रे की जीवनी पर विभिन्न वक्ताओं द्वारा विचार व्यक्त किये गए। मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में डॉ. लोकेश अग्रवाल, सहायक आचार्य, मोहन लाल सुखाड़िया विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा बताया गया की आचार्य रे का जीवन एक शिक्षक, एक वैज्ञानिक एवं स्वतंत्रता सेनानी के रूप में भारत को समर्पित रहा है। आचार्य रे द्वारा "द हिन्दू केमिस्ट्री" जैसी पुस्तक लिखी गयी जो भारत की प्राचीन उत्कृष्ट विज्ञान शोध को दर्शाती है। डॉ. कमल सिंह राठौड़, बी एन विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा बताया गया कि आचार्य रे द्वारा किस तरह से विपरीत परिस्तिथियों के अंदर बंगाल फार्मास्यूटिकल की स्थापना की गयी और आज भारत देश फार्म क्षेत्र में विश्व में अग्रणी है। डॉ. मोहित गोखरू द्वारा विद्यार्थियों को मोबाइल कम्युनिकेशन टेक्नोलॉजी को सरल एवं सहज भाषा में समझाया गया। डॉ. हरीश द्वारा विद्यार्थियों को विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में कैरियर की संभावनाओं के बारे में जानकारी दी गयी।  कार्यक्रम का संचालन डॉ. कुलदीप शर्मा  तथा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन डॉ अचर्ना राव द्वारा किया गया। कार्यक्रम में डॉ जीतेन्द्र सिंह राठौड़, मीरा कन्या महाविद्यालय, उदयपुर एवं डॉ. मोहन सिंह राठौड़,  बी एन विश्वविद्यालय, उदयपुर भी उपस्थित रहे। इस कार्यक्रम में विद्यालय के सभी शिक्षकों एवं लगभग 200 विद्यार्थियों ने भाग लिया।
